Withdrawal from the purchase contract

Dear W6-Wertarbeit customer,
to declare the revocation of your purchase contract, you can fill out and send the following form. Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation by mail, which you can please print out and optionally attach.
You can of course exercise your revocation in any other way using an Express Declaration, as it has been explained in the cancellation policy.

The form only applies for products which were purchased directly from W6 Wertarbeit.
